MEET THE ARTIST

Summer started painting in October 2018. As a self-taught artist, she began creating original landscapes in oil painting. In 2020, she partnered with her father, owner of Merle Kerr Carpentry. They started creating projects together, and "Summer Kerr Art" was created to sell and share their creations. Over 100 paintings were sold to nearly a dozen states within the first year.

Summer participates in art shows and has temporary displays in businesses. Additionally, she paints live at events and holds pop-up shops in her spare time. Summer is an M.P.A. graduate from GMU.
